Do all of our team need a log in for Ad-Me?

Yes, each person has their own log on details. Our pricing packages are very competitive, infact, we don’t know of another service like ours that’s as cost effective so no need to share log ons (and risk all sorts of IT or GDPR breaches). Just click here to look at our packages. You can increase or decrease the number of users easily, so you’re never paying for more than you use.

How do we find the best candidates?

Watch our top tips video here for all of the info you need to get started. Be active. New candidates sign up every hour so make sure you have set your search preferences up, take time to watch the ‘this is me’ candidate videos and review their profiles. You will have the ability to decline or progress candidates very easily, and you can even keep some warm on a favourites list.

How do we register and get started with Ad-Me?

I am overloaded with candidates, how do I reduce the number of applicants for a role?

Wow, congratulations on making your roles so attractive! Sounds like too many candidates is a good problem to have. But if you are finding it a bit overwhelming, all you need to do is change the settings for that role or add an earlier end date. You can remove your vacancies at anytime, you always remain in control.

We use several other job boards to find our candidates, why would we chose Ad-Me?

Where are the CVs for candidates?

One of our favourite features of Ad-Me is the ‘this is me’ videos which should tell you all you need to know about your candidates. They will typicall be 60-70seconds long, so probably easier to watch those than read through CVs (and let’s be honest, how dull are CVs?!) but if you still adopt a traditional approach to selecting candidates, you’ll find their CVs and qualifications and maybe even some portfolio info on the candidate profiles.
